This used to be my favorite flower shop. Wide variety, and great prices. Now, it seems everytime I go that the variety is less and less and the prices are more and more. They expanded a few years ago and had to hire more staff who are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had an issue the other day where they wouldn’t get me the flowers that I wanted in an attempt to upsell me, yet I noticed at register and again requested the shorted length of flowers. The girl then walked away into the back and wouldn’t come back out and help me. I called to share my experience with a manger, or another employee, and no one even bothered to call back. This happened at the north Miami location. Time to find a new flower shop.

Visited this flower store for the first time the other day, since I’ve been in North Miami resident for over 20 years now, And it’s an OK store. Disappointed because I bought a small bunch of anemomy flowers And they charged $22 For just eight stems and they died four days later. Not good quality at all You can get a whole bouquet of flowers for less than $20 at Publix or Whole Foods and they last About two weeks. So I feel like the prices really need to be a little bit better for something like this If they are going to die a few days later. And I always take care of my flowers so They shouldn’t be dying this quick for the price I paid. I don’t think I will be back :)

I just had the worst experience at your North Miami location. My sister is a repeat customer, and today we went to get a large order of flowers to honor my best friend for her Celebration of Life. My sister asked to use the bathroom and the cashier non chalanrly said they had no bathroom. I understand the bathroom not being available for the public, but this is a customer, a loyal customer. We will never ever purchase from this company ever again. I teach customer service at the retail level, and this was the worst experience. Please remember, one good experience is at most shared with 3 people. A bad experience is usually shared with at least 10 and thanks to social media, with thousands.

This place is absolutely great. The quality of roses is superb and the staff is wonderful. I want to give a special shout out to Fabi who is kind, patient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Best floral shop in the area. The flowers are always fresh with many beautiful types and colors. They also can do arrangements if needed. Whenever I need to buy flowers for my family, this is where I go. The staff is helpful, friendly and happy to help with any questions or ideas needed. Place is kept well lit and clean. The parking entrance is one way so be mindful to enter through the northern side of the building.
